 Quick Launch Tool Bar
You can have fast access to your favorite programs by placing a shortcut next to the Start button.
Richt click anywhere in the Tool Bar, Select ToolBars, Select Quick Launch, Add your favorite Programs.

Hibernation
If you don't want to use up the disk space taken by Hibernation, or don't need to use it at all,
you can easily disable it.
1. Open up the Control Panel / Power Options icon
2. Click on the Hibernation icon
3. Uncheck Enable Hibernation
